These Terms of Service govern your use of the AVENOR SYSTEMS online store and your purchase and use of our digital products. By accessing the store or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
AVENOR SYSTEMS provides downloadable prompt systems, frameworks, and educational materials. No physical product is shipped. Product descriptions, included files, prices, and availability may be updated before purchase.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCURATE INFORMATION
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information so we can process and deliver your order.
3. LICENSE
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, each purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.
You may use the prompts and frameworks to create your own work. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, upload, copy for third parties, or make the original files or substantially similar reproductions available as a competing product.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The store, branding, product files, written materials, designs, and original frameworks are owned by or licensed to AVENOR SYSTEMS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of those rights.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the store or products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or rights-infringing activity, nor attempt to interfere with the store, its security, or another customer's access.
6. AI OUTPUTS AND RESULTS
Our products help users structure requests and workflows involving artificial intelligence. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and lawfully using any resulting content. We do not guarantee specific academic, financial, commercial, productivity, or other outcomes.
7. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES
Prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown before purchase. Taxes may be added or included where required by law.
8. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital access is normally provided after successful payment through the order confirmation page and/or by email. Delivery may be delayed by payment review, incorrect contact information, or email filtering. See our Digital Delivery Policy for assistance.
9. REFUNDS
Refunds and remedies are governed by our Digital Products Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer law.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, email providers, and AI platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control.
11. DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and digital products are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory guarantees or other mandatory consumer rights.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVENOR SYSTEMS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the store or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. CHANGES
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version shown at the time of purchase applies to that transaction unless a change is required by law.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
