DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY

AVENOR SYSTEMS sells downloadable digital products. No physical goods are shipped and there are no physical items to return.

DIGITAL SALES

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, purchases are generally final after delivery. This does not limit any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

WHEN WE WILL HELP

Please contact us if:

• you received a corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible file;

• you were charged more than once for the same order;

• you received the wrong product;

• the product materially differs from its description; or

• applicable law requires a refund, replacement, or other remedy.

We will normally attempt to resolve technical delivery problems by replacing the file or restoring access. If we cannot provide the product as described, we may issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.

HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT OR A REFUND

Use the contact form at https://avenorsystems.myshopify.com/pages/contact within 14 days of purchase and include:

• your order number;

• the email address used at checkout;

• the name of the product; and

• a short description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take up to 10 business days to display the refund.

EU/EEA DIGITAL CONTENT

Where applicable, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately and without a physical medium, that right may end once delivery begins only where the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

DUPLICATE OR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

If you believe a charge is duplicated or unauthorized, contact us promptly so we can investigate. This does not restrict your rights with your card issuer or payment provider.

Our products provide frameworks, prompts, and educational materials. Individual outcomes depend on how they are used and are not guaranteed.
