DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

AVENOR SYSTEMS sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

DELIVERY

After successful payment, access to your digital product is provided through the order confirmation page and/or by email to the address entered at checkout.

Most orders are delivered within a few minutes. Email providers can occasionally delay or filter automated messages.

IF YOUR DOWNLOAD DOES NOT ARRIVE

Please:

• check your spam, junk, and promotions folders;

• confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct; and

• allow up to 30 minutes for the delivery email to arrive.

If you still cannot access your purchase, use the contact form at https://avenorsystems.myshopify.com/pages/contact with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond within 3 business days and will restore access or provide a replacement link when appropriate.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for maintaining a device and software capable of opening standard PDF files.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

All listed products are digital downloads. Nothing will be delivered by post or courier. Customs duties and physical shipping times do not apply.
